Harley Celebrates 115th Anniversary with Limited-Edition Bikes

New paint and graphics let you own a piece of Harley history.

Harley-Davidson is inviting all who love the freedom of two wheels to join the iconic company’s 115th anniversary celebration in 2018. Leading up to the celebration, Harley is marking the occasion the best way it knows how, by building limited-edition, serialized 115th anniversary motorcycles available for the first time ever in two distinct paint schemes, as well as with a one-of-a-kind CVO Anniversary model.

For those who like the classic Harley-Davidson look, the Milwaukee company is offering the Legend Blue and Vivid Black two-tone paint set, which features a triple pinstripe that follows the motorcycle’s contours from front to back. The Tri-Glide Ultra and Ultra Limited feature “115th Anniversary” script on the side of the TourPak in line with the pinstripes.

On the tank is a detailed, multi-metal cloisonné medallion featuring an eagle holding the Bar & Shield in its talons. You’ll only find this intricacy on Harley’s Legend Blue and Vivid Black 115th Anniversary motorcycles.

Harley-Davidson is also bringing the anniversary theme to life in an even edgier way with Legend Blue Denim paint that complements both the chrome and dark finishes of H-D’s 115th Anniversary models. With this paint scheme, riders will get a bold tattoo-like graphic that stretches asymmetrically across the top and right side of the tank or fairing, with “Harley-Davidson” in script on the left side of the tank.,

Harley-Davidson’s premium line of luxury CVO motorcycles also get the anniversary treatment with the exclusive CVO Limited, featuring darker Odyssey Blue Paint with a hand-painted metal leaf effect, pinstripes, color-matched inner fairing and a special anniversary edition tank medallion.

The lineup of bold new 115th anniversary models have so many additional premium features, too, including color-matched seat stitching; anniversary-detailed air cleaners and cam covers; and instrumentation details that are unique to each model.

Now, that’s one helluva way to celebrate the birthday of an American icon.
