MY RIDE! A Red & Black 2009 Harley-Davidson Road Glide

Red and black is a bold combination for any bike, but I think we can all agree that this 2009 Road Glide pulls it off. A red body stands out in traffic: men will stare, women will bite their lips, and children will marvel as you ride past.

This bike is not only fast, but it looks fast. Can’t you just imagine wearing jeans with a leather jacket and hopping up onto the seat of this beauty? Well HDForums member Rick (A.K.A. “hullhorr“) doesn’t have to imagine, since he owns such a ride! This week we’ll step inside his garage and take a closer look at his  red and black beauty!

This bike is decked out with t-Man 625 cams, ported heads with 1.9 & 1.6 valves, a Dragos Dragula 2-1 exhaust, a Kuryakyn Mach 2 filter, an LRS 14″ MAKO, Wild One Chubby 10″ Bars, and more.

So not only does this Harley-Davidson motorcycle look wonderful, but we’re sure that it also sounds and rides extraordinarily well.

This is a ride that no one would ever be ashamed to ride in traffic, and that those in cages might genuinely envy. Overall, we have to say that Rick has done a great job with his bike!

Though this ride certainly does not appeal to everyone, especially since it isn’t blacked out in the oh-so-classic way. Still, it is a worthy and amazing ride that looks great, and we’re glad to see the originality and expressiveness that this hog has to offer!

Go drop by Rick’s garage and leave some comments, browse the photography, and have a good time! Be sure to keep your garage up to date and maybe you’ll be featured next week!
