Sin City Shenanigans: Bikes of 2013 Las Vegas BikeFest
There were plenty of killer bikes on hand at Las Vegas BikeFest—but I was blown away by the incredible detail on the chopper above. The number of hours in engraving alone must be bonkers. And how cool is the kick with the brass knuckles for a pedal? It’s far from the first time I’ve seen that application for the skull-crackers, but it might be the best execution.
One of the other touches I like is the beefy disc and four-pot caliper on the back wheel. Losing 70% of my stopping power isn’t something I’m comfortable with, and I don’t think I’d trust deceleration to a tiny sprocket brake.
