Road Kings from 2006 and 2011 are up for grabs. Sirens not included.

Now is your chance for you and a buddy to re-enact the “CHiPs” movie. The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department (TAPD) has two used Harleys up for auction, reports KKYR. Bids are being accepted on a 2006 Road King FLHP with 28,531 miles, and a 2011 Road King FLHP with 34,000 miles.

According to the TAPD facebook page, the motorcycles will be sold without lights and sirens and “as is with no warranty.” TAPD also says that bids must be submitted in writing and received by March 18, 2019. If you live in the area, the motorcycles may be viewed by appointment.

Located in Bowie County, the TAPD serves a population of about 30,000 with 81 officers.

Harley-Davidson says their police motorcycles are known the world over as the vehicle of choice for those who protect and serve.

The 2019 Harley-Davidson Road King has certainly been upgraded compared to the older models. New bikes feature the Milwaukee-Eight V-Twin engine and high-performing front and rear suspension. Also included are easy open saddlebags and Brembo brakes that provide exactly the right amount of braking to each tire.

New bikes are awesome, but we bet the Harleys being auctioned by TAPD have some stories to tell. Now, which one of you is going to be Ponch?
