Woodstock Harley to Host Rockin’ Bash, June 8

Woodstock Harley-Davidson Dealership

Upstate New York Harley dealer’s goal with seasonal parties is to show its appreciation for its loyal customers and fellow riders.

Usually, when you think of Woodstock, you either recall the big, three-day 1969 concert named after the town, the three-day, very muddy 25th anniversary edition in 1994, or the three-day, very violent version on the 30th anniversary in 1999.

If you’re a Harley fan, though, you know there’s one more thing Woodstock is known for: Woodstock Harley-Davidson in nearby Kingston, New York. And if you happen to be a customer, then you know about the dealer’s seasonal customer appreciation day parties, the latest set for June 8 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

“We have held many customer appreciation days over the years,” said Woodstock Harley marketing manager Amara Kutos in a press statement. “We try to have at least one for each season and possibly more during the riding season.”

‘The Harley culture is incredibly strong. [This event’s hosts] want to create that strong family-like culture in the dealership no matter what.’

Kutos says the plans for June 8 include kid-friendly games, barbecue, and “just fun for everyone.” She adds that the Harley dealer and its current owners, Bill and Leslie Nugent host these events to show how much they appreciate their loyal customers.

“The Harley culture, as you probably know, is incredibly strong,” Kutos said. “Bill and Leslie want to create that strong family-like culture in the dealership no matter what. Whether it be the staff, rides, or at events; they want everyone to feel welcome into the dealership.”

The event is open to all ages and all Harley and motorcycle fans.

Other Summer EventsĀ

Americade Rally

There are few other events that we definitely think are worth checking out this summer. Americade takes place in picturesque Lake George, NY on June 4-8, with crowds of over 100,000 expected to attend the massive motorcycle expo. Laconia Motorcycle Week takes over Laconia, NH on June 8-16; a great week full of motorcycle racing, bike shows, concerts, swap meets, and more.

If you’re looking to turn up the heat, the Junebug Boogie rally is a wild party in Cookeville, TN on June 20-23. This is definitely a fun time, but adults only, please. Pennsylvania presents the annual Gettysburg Bike Week on July 11-14, and promises a lot of biking action, burnout contests, the very cool Parade of Chrome, live music, and more.

The Easyriders Rodeo Tour takes place in Chillicothe, KY on August 29-September 2. This event adds to the rally some crazy fun rodeo events such as slow race, wienie bite, barrel race, potato haystack, tire ride, and sled pulls.

We hope you enjoy the warm weather on your Harley, check out some amazing bikes, and party with fellow riders this summer.
