Rotate handlebar?

Is it possible to rotate the handlebars back just a little bit to gain 3/4" to 1" reach, without having to make any modifications to wiring, cables, etc? On my '09 Ultra (previous bike) and '14 Limited (current bike) I feel like I am just slightly reaching for the bars, just enough to cause slight pain between the shoulder blades on long rides. Tried adjusting my rider's backrest but when I get the backrest set just right I'm still reaching for the bars. Really not wanting to change out the bars if there is a simpler solution.

You can loosen the clamps & rotate the bars up/down for a better position without affecting the wires, etc. Keep in mind that the bars move in an arc and may not come back enough to meet your needs. The hardest part is getting to the clamp to loosen the bars up. Get a service manual if you don't have one already.

I tried that but did not help much. easy to do but I went with the 2" pull back bars. Did it my self and saved a lot of cash. No wires or cables needed. They is a good post on here on how to do it. They made a big difference .
