Avon Tires $50 Rebate for a Set

Avon is offering a $50 rebate for a set of tires. ($30 for rear and $20 for front if you buy only one). See link below for details. On top of that offer RockyMountainATV is having a sale on the Avon tires. Rear 180/65-16 (AV72) is $129.88 and the Front 130/80-17 (AV71) is $99.88. Which totals $229.76. After the $50 rebate comes in that makes it $179.76. They have no tax and free shipping. That is a RIDICULOUS price for SET of tires. The tire sizes I listed are for the FLHTK / FLHTKL 2015 (not sure what other years use the same size but would guess 2014 to present potentially).

Correction: The price quoted at RockyMountainATV already reflects the rebate from Avon. So the total for a full set is $229.76.

March 1, 2017 to April 30, 2017 consumers who buy a single Rear Avon Cobra motorcycle tire (model
AV72) will receive a $30 Prepaid Card by mail, and/or Consumers who buy single Front Avon Cobra
motorcycle tire (model AV71) will receive a $20 Prepaid Card by mail. Here’s how

You can submit for your rebate online at this URL: https://avontyres.myrebatemanager.com/#/submission1 once you place your order.

I just ordered today and figured I would pass on the info for anyone in need of a set of tires and are OK with using Avons. I have this set on my FLHTKL now and have 12K on them and will need a new set after my trips this summer. I couldn't pass up this deal.

Avon does not honor the millage or road hazard warranty if purchased online, must buy and install at a dealer. Same with the rebate, must be a dealer, no online sales.

I can say with 100% certainty that is incorrect information.

I ordered my set of tires online from Dennis Kirk. On Feb 27th no less, which was 2 days from the start of their rebate program. I received my rebate recently (it's online, but still worked) without any issues.
