Is there a hand held mike that is compatible with '14 and newer Ultra Limiteds. The only one that appears on the Harley site is for bikes '13 and older.
https://www.harley-davidson.com/stor...microphone-kit I know as far back as 2002, you could listen to the CB thru the fairing spaekers just like the radio, No headset needed. Prior to 2014, the handheld mic worked with just pressing the switch on the mic to talk on the CB. I think things changed with the canbus system on the 2014 & up touring bikes. |
Just bought the Midland handheld CB for $99 from Amazon also bought the throat Mic,for a adventure bike trip on the haul road to Deadhorse this June. |

I have a midland handheld that I purchased for my last bike and never applied. Looking for a way to use it either via bluetooth or without a need to run tons of wires all over the place. Be nice if there was a way to bluetooth link it to my radio. More for listening then talking. |
Is it possible to get something like the Sena SR10 and pair it to the radio via bluetooth. Then use the radio comm system to listen, not so much talk. |
I learned about the Throat mic on adventure rider forum it has an corded ear piece, the reviewer said to worked great giving position reports to truckers on the haul road to Deadhorse. Down side if you sing to yourself it ties up the frequency Irritating the others. This is what I read. I have no personal knowledge I just received mine yesterday.

The throat mic is tight if you have a large neck. Not perfectly clear but does work. Mike

Your Sena has a 3.5mm port on it, you can use a handheld CB and plug it into the port on your Sena. If you get the proper cord, you may be able to use two way comms.?.
