I suggest you look into Custom Dynamics lighting system. They have a lot of offerings for our bikes, and great customer service. I have used them on my last three bikes. Good luck on your final decision.

I added something similar under the side lenses on my tour pack, hooked em up for running, brake and turn signal. I installed some terminal strips in my tour pack to make connections simple and can also the T strip connections as test points. They should work great on your 01 RK if you don't mind doing a bit of hard wiring.

Under the tank to and under the tour pack so I'm more visible at night

There's an old saying about Those That Wait. I'd wait for Custom Dynamics. Great customer support and you can bet that it will be the right part for the job.

True...but I have a 2014....so I guess I should check and see what they have....I have the CD brake light already with the pulse (flashing) brake light so I know they have good products I just didn't think to look on their site
