Installed these gauges on my SGS and I think this is the best mod I've done so far.
The blue LED is not real brilliant in the picture but they are really bright and very easy to read at night also. They auto-dim at night.
I have been looking to purchase one of these speedo kits. They look good, just have to seen to many reviews. When you plugged it in did it update the miles? Did you have to run any cables to get the tach working or is it all in the harness already?

it updates the miles automatically. it is all plug and play. there is a sensor for the oil pressure that has to be installed but the sensor and harness are included.
the only thing you need to do is set up the miles to empty starting with a full tank of gas.
I let HD do it while they were doing the recall. They charged me $140.00 which I think is fair.
I was going to do myself but the bolt that has to come out for the oil sensor has red locktite and I hear you can risk cracking the housing if not careful removing. It wasn't worth the risk.
Wow! These gauges look awesome!! I really like digital readouts as opposed to analog. They seem so much more precise, and one quick glance gives you exactly what you are looking for, rather than a comparative reading.
If you upload a digital speedometer onto your phone, which i have done in order to check the accuracy of my SGS's speedometer's, you will see what I mean. It's night and day in terms of coolness too!!
Where did you get them and what did they set you back?

Kutter HD online part number is 2212-0541. $745.00 total
Actually cheaper than the HD CVO analog gauges. You can also adjust the speed if you want.
I couldn't see the stock gauges at night. These are great if you're blind at night like I am.
