For the same price you could replace the full unit with the Truck Lite Phase 7, which provides excellent lighting in a housing that is actually built for LEDs.
Only thing I'm not liking about the TL is the way it extends out further than stock.....
The link in the OP was for an HID set for $165. I don't like the Frenched ring either. I went with the Kuryakyn halo LED trim ring, and I am very happy with the look.
I have the same turn signals as you. I first ordered the PIAA ultra bright white extreme plus blah blah blah that were really no whiter than stock. Then ordered the H9/H11 Cree bulbs off amazon and the fit was perfect as well as perfectly match the LED turn signals. Under $40 for a pack of 2 of each size. So I have a spare if an LED ever really burns out.
Where are you finding Truck Lite Phase 7s for $75?
I ordered the leds in the above link and I'm looking forward to giving them a try. The Truck Lites seem decent, but I don't like the look of the French ring. For a lot less money I get to keep the stock ring, get good results (based on the links above), and not deal with the cut off that many complain about.
To the OP - I used Nokya Super Blue halogen bulbs to closer match the CD Rings. Not exactly the same, but much much closer. I'm hoping the Sirius leds do even better.
The Sirius that Racin929 and I installed match the CD Bullet Rings perfect. I have over 1000 miles on these and they are outstanding.
I have the Dynamic Rings up front, but I would imagine the end result will be equally great. Do you have the Bullet Rings in back too? I have the regular CD clusters and I don't like the lack of differentiation between the flash and run brightness levels. The Bullet Rings look like they would be a better option.

I have the Bullet Ringz front and back and the Tri-Bar upgrade so when I hit the brakes it's flippin bright. I rode with a group for the last 4 days and feedback was...
"I really liked your tail lights for the first 100 miles and now I can't stand them."
Yes, they are bright and the blinkers are bright and the brakes are bright. The fronts don't provide any usable light (well...maybe a little) but with the Sirius LED headlight you can still see them from the opposite direction very good.
