Trying to update software-HELP

Default Trying to update software-HELP
Trying to download software on my 2015 RGS.
Loaded software on to flash drive and followed instructions but whe I plug drive into USB port and expect the screen to say detecting new software all it says is something about no audio detected. What am I doing wrong?
Help please

Did You unzip the zip file before You loaded on the drive?

Did you unzip the file on your computer and just move the ISO to the USB drive? The ISO needs to be in the root directory.

Be sure to remove the ISO from the USB drive when you are done. If you don't and you plug the USB drive back in, it will start the update process again.
