Electrical issues

Abbreviated rundown:
Blacked out all chrome on the bike as well as installed my gauges that got customized. Less than 100 miles after all this my speedo started acting up on and off. Couple of days later my bike threw 3 codes (P1510, P2127, P2138) pointing at the throttle sensor. Since that day I went and soldered the wires on the throttle getting rid of the green plug (didn't help issue). Rode roughly 600 miles with no speedo issues.
Couple of days ago I cleaned the ECM connections as well as the throttle and speedo connections with contact cleaner and dielectric grease. The codes cleared right away and bike ran good all day, 100 miles with a couple of stops and the codes never showed. Until the next day i pull the bike out and codes are back.
My question is what changed during the 12 or so hours my bike sat in my garage? To me I can't see how this is a damaged wire issue, the codes would have popped back up while the bike was moving-vibrating.
Don't have my manuals & troubleshooting info with me here in Black Hills. Try using the service portal to access the Electrical Service Manual & trouble shoot based on codes.
Service Portal - https://serviceinfo.harley-davidson.com/sip/index - use Customer VIN Lookup tab. You'll need your VIN to access.
Good Luck!
