Update: Motorcycles are delivered with the latest map
database. Newer database versions are periodically released
and are made available for purchase.

CVO bikes have 3 updates free and all the rest you have to pay for.

Thank you. Ask dealer they had no clue. I guess reading the book would have helped.

I appreciate the information. Of course everything thru the motor company is "for purchase"!

I did my first update myself without any problems. The next time I updated, I wanted to use HD gift cards, which Navi won't accept, so I checked with the 6 closest dealers. Only 1 understood what I wanted and agreed to do it if I walked them through it. It was a learning experience for them and they were able to help the next customer with same issue. The other dealers were clueless. When I called the MoCo, their position was each dealer decides how to handle map updates.
