Precisely the same as everyone else that's chimed in. Mine would cut out occasionally before I turned off some stuff. The fact that the dealer cannot figure it out is no surprise. It's new tech and many are not literate in it yet. I have run into more than one situation at my dealer (who are pretty good) with issues that I learned about here they had no idea about.

That one. And it was the nav system. Figured out here.
I voted no because my radio doesn't cut out. I turned off the WB alerts. But I do have an issue. I have had all my favorites disappear. I came out and turned on the bike and they were all back on WB. Pissed me off!
Get the latest software update, it seems to have fixed that issue. Mine used to do that all the time.
I had the same problem until I turned off the WB alerts. They are somewhat confusing because it wasn't clear (to me) if I was supposed to push the button to turn them off or if they were already off and I was just looking at the current status. Anyway, I finally got it figured out and no quiet pauses since.
I believe it came from the dealer with the WB alerts on and the volume turned down real low or off so I stumbled onto the solution by accident.
He has had it back at the dealer 4 times and they did turn off WB. I know he doesn't have a destination set because it does it just riding to the dealer and back and there would be no reason to set a destination for that trip. They have checked every connection and at this point are telling him HD won't authorize replacing the head unit and they don't know why it does it. He left the bike at the dealer while on vacation for a week to have the 4 channel amp added with the bag lid speakers and told them to ride the bike home so they could see the frequency that it happens. The dealer put over 300 miles on his bike that week and agreed with him that it happens but they can't fix it... I told him to contact the Rep and demand they at least try a new head unit. He paid $43k for that bike with the exhaust and tuner when he bought it and just spent god knows on the audio upgrades!
I had the same issue with mine - audio would cut out. I had not set a destination. However, the dealership was set as a destination. Once I turned guidance off, the audio drop outs stopped.
