I think that will be just fine for the long trips......
how do you find the back rest, adequate?

You even have the pipes I’m trying to get my hands on... looks great!
It's a new level of comfort. You will absolutely love the backrest that much that you won't want to take it off.

Cheers,

my dealer ordered one from the factory and it came up as a back order.

Supposed to leave on a 2500 mile trip tommorow

Dealer found one after calling tech services but it wont be here till tommorow afternoon.

looks like I will be playing catch up to meet up with my brothers
just an update I got my bike back and was able to catch up to my brothers, Bike is running good and haven't had anymore problems. The dealer did a good job and had the bike ready early.

I'd also have them check for the correct pin connectors in the wiring harness at the throttle body. I had an issue where the incorrect connectors were installed when the harness was made causing my bike to not accept any throttle input at all. They had to replace the pin connectors and the harness plug at the throttle body since it was also damaged.

Did the same thing last September, traded in my '15 Streetglide for the '18 Classic 114. I loved my Streetglide and hated to part with it, but I needed to get a lighter bike. Love mine!!

Default Passenger Pegs

Has anyone installed different passenger pegs? It looks like the width of the stock passenger peg is wider than other pegs. I bought mini floor boards for my highway pegs but I don't think they could be installed on that passenger peg bracket.
