If any of you 2018-2020 FXLR owners ever wondered where your bikes DNA came from, here's it GranDaddy. Me and my first new Harley - 1972 SuperGlide FX. Kept it over 10 years and 135,000 miles (5 upper end rebuilds and 3 rebuilds with cases split.) Most fun bike I ever owned (and I owned a lot) and why I bought a 2020 FXLR.

Daytona Beach 1978

I too had sever cramping with the stock mid pegs. In fact, I took it back to the dealer after only 100 miles to trade it in on something else. He suggested the Harley Forward Control Option. What a difference. Worked a treat. I then went with a Mustang Wide Tripper with a backrest and can honestly say it's the most comfortable bike I've ever ridden. And my last bike was a TriGlide! My bikes posted below if you want to see what the set up looks like

I'll take that Low Rider over the Low Rider S any day. That's a beauty.

I don't know. I know I'm in the minority here but I had an '01 FXSTD Deuce that was tough to beat. But I'll admit the FXLR's are right up there. Should know, I had an '18 in Bonnevile Salt Pearl. If they had a Wicked Red one that would have been my choice.

the Arlen Ness big brake kit for the M8 looks good and has good stopping power in my opinion.
No dual discs needed

Yeah I've looked at this before you could be right .Thanks.
Might have to go that way, the lowrider is drifting away if you know what I mean when it comes to what's available for upgrades in general, can't really blame the aftermarket guys c'est la vie
