Installed HD's forward control kit on my '18 Low Rider. Getting the front shift lever pinch bolt between the primary and motor off was a beeotch. Finally found the combination; 3/8" drive 1/4" allen bit, universal joint 6" extension and a long handled ratchet to get it broken free. That thing was tight. Couple cuss words and 3 skinned knuckles later it was out. Other than that the install was straight forward.

 

Installed a curved, lay down Custom Dynamics license plate mount. Much better.

Congratulations! Bought mine last September and am lovin' it. Goes in for its 5,000 service on Monday.

 

Put on black blade levers and jms trap style brake pedal.

 

Upgraded my standard Custom Dynamics LED tail to a Custom Dynamics ProBeam tail today. Went from standard, red squareback style, to smoked lay down style. The ProBeam light pipes are pretty cool.
