Yes, you'll be able to see how you need to design your bracket once you take a look at the existing headlamp mounting fixture.

Yes, my new headlight is 7" round.

This is definitely a 'one-off' solution.

I gave a local machine shop the existing headlamp/mounting fixture and the new JW Speaker headlight, and they designed the 3-piece aluminum bracket. Then, I had to buy a 4pin connector with a crimping tool to connectorize the headlight.

Off to the next mods.
