2019 Fat Bob makes squeaking/chirping noise.
Hello,
Just got my first Harley on Saturday. Have ridden it around 100 miles yet. Today took missus on first ride. She was happy with it.
However, once I brought the motorcycle back to garage and was listening to it, seemed to have a squeaking/chirping noise coming from the front, like behind the breather. It is not clear when the engine is running, but very evident when cut off the engine. Has anyone experienced such a thing before?
(Couple of days back, 10 degree weather started the motorcycle. White cloud of smoke emerged from behind the breather area. Not sure if has something to do with the noise.)
Help!!!

Does the chirping happen only at small throttle openings? Seems to me you may be hearing normal intake noise. I had an s&s stealth air cleaner with open cover on my M8 for a while and there was a chirpy intake noise at low speeds and throttle openings. I put the stock closed system back on and no more noise.

Here is link to the video.
I am taking it to the dealer today. Let you all know what it is about.

Ok, my 107 doesn't make that noise. It is possibly an intake noise though. See if the dealer has other bikes that make that noise. If you get the run-around and want to do your own experiment, you could remove your air filter for a minute and see if you get the same noise when shuttng down.
