Default Softail Fork Deflectors

Anybody found any yet? H-D doesn’t have for the new models yet.

Thanks in advance.

I used a set for the previous generation of Heritage bikes the PO had drilled to match my mounts. They work awesome! There are some aftermarkets HERE and are available in chrome and black. Mine touch the standard HD engine guard at full turn so I'm careful when I'm parking.

They just released lots of new stuff for the Softail line. I'm hoping the factory ones aren't far behind.

I have the old ones also, but trying not to have to modify. I figure they should have update ones this year! If not will. For my wife’s bike she doesn’t like the “up wind”.

JES Custom Accents on my 2018 FLHCS.

Bike is a bit dirty from yesterday's ride.

Has anyone found the under the triple tree deflectors? Some call them the dog bowl. I see them for the touring. I currently have a tool bag under the headlight but does rub so have some plastic covering the fender.

To my knowledge, HD has never made a under tree wind deflector/baffle for the Softail line.
Most of us start with the Touring version and modify it to fit. Here's a few pics of mine
on my 2013 FLS Slim.

Had to go back to my 2013 HD P&A catalog to find it, but here's the quote:
----------------------------------------
Deflect the cold night wind rushing between the fork tubes
of your Touring model. This stylish chrome air baffle replaces
the Original Equipment black baffle on ’00-earlier models.
Includes chrome mounting hardware.

I read about the modification so bought one for a Street Glide but it was too wide and didnt want to cut it down. So gave it to m SG riding buddy.

It helps keep the air from coming up under the light, which also causes buffeting. I have a too bag but it can rub the fender.

...snip...
Correct, as I originally posted a few responses up, the air baffles from the Touring line have to be modified to fit the Softails.
Its not that hard to do, but its not a true "bolt on" either...
