What's the torque on rear pulley bolts, grade #8 I believe? Thanx in advance.

 

2018 Softail SM p. 3-17:
Install new sprocket screws do not reuse - HD caution
1st torque to 60 ft-lbs
back off screws 1/2 turn
final torque 77-83 ft-lbs
