I am officially pissed off over the Speedo condensation
Yes. This has been going on forever. And I asked my dealer about replacing mine under warrant. I was told HD will NOT replace it as long as the condensation goes away after sitting awhile. Well, mine has gotten so I cannot read the tach or see what gear I am in evertime I ride. So a function I paid for is not available about 20 minutes into a ride. Gonna pursue it further and see where I get with it. After 50 damn years or so and this is still happening?

Yep been having this problem on my 2018 lowrider took it to the dealer and they took a photo of it sent it to harley australia and no worries booked in to get a new speedo and tacho next saturday take photos of it keep pushing them mine got so bad that when the condensation went i was left with permernant water mark stains on the gauges best of luck mate Cootafish

I'm wondering if there would be a safe way to side vent it with a plug. We know it's not sealed otherwise it wouldn't have this problem, but if you could put a cap-able vent to air out the moisture quickly, but seal it as good as the factory did 
for washes & weather.
