Heritage 107 handlebar option

Hi all,

Looking for some advice around bars for the 2018/2019 FLHC

I'm likely the wild 1 chubby look. Love the rolled forwards look.

Looking to get something in 12 inches.

I've checked the site and it looks like wild 1 do not produce gloss black bars.

Another option is the bars below

https://www.denniskirk.com/drag-spec...prd/599974.sku

These are identical to wild1, but they're available in black

Only issue is I don't see the 2018 Heritage listed as a bike that's fitting to these.

Would anyone be able to advise if these will fit?

Also, if there are other brands with 12 inch tall bars worthy of consideration, please do drop a url for me

You could get the Wild1s powder coated. The others, everything looks like it would fit although they aren't dimpled, just double check if you need that.

Appreciate it

Seeing the wild1 FAQ says the clamps need to change out

Would u know why?

Also, could the dennis kirk bar also fit

On second thought I'm pretty sure you need the bars dimpled.

I have the 18 FLHCS and swapped out the bars for some 8" pullback risers and Mx bars last year. The new clamp style the 18+ has a different hole patter than previous years. Easy fix, just buy whatever earlier version bar clamp you like, I got a cheap one from Drag Specialties just to get the job done until I find something I like better.

I'm not sure why you'd need to change the clamp if you keep the stock risers as long as the 1 1/4" bars have a 1" clamp area other than the step down in diameter in the center may be partially visible. They sell a straight sided top clamp to cover this.

Any bar with 1" for the controls and clamp area, tbw, notched and dimpled will fit. I had trouble getting one of the right hand grip plugs past the dimple, ended up cutting it off and resoldering it after I pulled it, it was the heated grips plug which I don't use.

You could try chatting with JP Cycles. I bought 14" Chubby bars from them that the site said would fit. After receiving them I realized they did not fit the risers and clamp. They were able to recommend the right risers and clamp. You could try chatting with them to identify the right combo for your bike.
