We are the same size. On my 2018 fb, i switched to a stepped saddleman explorer. Moves you back and up and really opened up the riderbox. Huge difference and comfortable. Saddlemen in the product desc will tell you ehat the seat does. On my old heritages, i used mustangs.

If you are talking about the stock seat, it was horrible for me. I wanted to push back which killed my tail bone. The H-D Tallboy puts my in a perfect position, but I'm looking to try something else for more comfort on loooong rides. So curious what others may be using.

I've had Mustangs and Ultimate seats on past bikes. When I bought my FB neither was available. I bought a Saddlemen Explorer after seeing others, like UncleKebo recommend it. There are several threads on this. I'm 6'1" and about 225. My seat moves me back and up about two inches and provides a huge difference over the stock seat. What it does in comparison to a Tallboy I have no idea, but I do know I wouldn't trade my Explorer for a Tallboy, the Explorer works well for me and is very comfortable.
I don't do rides longer than about 90 minutes but so far I've not wanted to stop because of the seat.
