Look at the sponsored link on the right http://www.rjsoriginals.com/. They are not cheap but they work and you get what you pay for. Also do a stage 1 and go with synthetic oil after your break in is over on your engine. I have not gone this way but I have read going to true dual mufflers helps with heat too. Sad to say but I thik our air cooled engine days are numbered.

I put true duals on and it's getting dyno-ed right now. I also ordered the HD mid-frame air deflectors... we'll see. Others have said all these really help... like I said, we'll see.

Default Heatshields...

I have mid frame connectors on my 09 ultra but what really helped was installing a power commander 5 with new wide band o2 sensors. I changed the fuel/air ratio so it wasnt so lean. This brought my rear cylinder operating temp down 49 degrees! This makes a huge difference for my wifes leg and my thighs!

We have you covered with our heat shields. They work very well and can be installed in less than 5 minutes No screws,no drilling,no tape.
our crotch coolers have the largest footprint on the market to help keep you and your partner from getting burned or directing the heat away from you.Sitting at a light or in traffic or just riding it will work and if you are not completely satisfied just send it back for a full refund. We have sold a couple hundred of our crotch coolers and have never had any of them returned. They work its that simple.
As every one is looking for that custom look studs, conchos, fringe, and tooling can be added to give a custom look,or it can be left plain.
