Default can i replace the fork dampening rod

can i replace the cartridge rod with this damper?

You give no information as to what the part on the floor is.

well if you dont know what the part on the floor is then im assuming you dont know the answer. thanks anyway

but im trying to figure out if i can replace the cartridge style damper with this style damper. and its all out of a 03 ultra classic

thats ok i dont need his help. he could of explained that in the first place without the smartass "seriously" reply and i dont need your reply here either cheerleader. so please if you dont want to help or dont know or just have something smart to say keep it to yourself.ill probably have to figure it out on my own like always anyways but figured id try here.thanks
