Default Inexpensive rear touring shock for 13' Ultra Limited?

Any help is appreciated. I have a 2013 Ultra Limited air suspension that blew the seals, I ride two up 95% of the time with my other half (combine weight 350 lbs approx) and would like to know if anyone here know of good replacement suspension that is not air and can handle some city crappy streets in NYC and does not feel like a hard tail and will not break the bank? I know I'm asking a lot but I know there are some frugal folks here like me.

Thanks

The Progressive 412s work pretty good for me. I went with the 13" heavy duty on a 16 Ultra. Little stiff but so much better than the useless air shocks.

just ordered Drag Specialties 13" coil over shock set of rear shocks, $269 on fleabay,
I have no revw's to go by, but, they have to be better than the POS air flops that HD hangs on these bikes for $27K !!!
Delivery is on Fri, I'll install them then report back w/ my rev'w.
The Ultra rides like sh%$ compaired to my Wing that has 112 K on it..
hang loose a review of the shocks w/ be on the way shortly..
Progressive shocks are $569. as opposed to $269..for the Drag shocks, for $300 diff. I gotta think about that one for 2 shocks!!! the shocks for my p/u are only $200 for -4!!

Pls let us know what you think - I got my 2013 Limited forks working decent with 15w Bel Ray but haven't done anything
with the shocks yet. Used Redline fork/shock oil in my old 2006 EGC and it worked reasonably well - might try that again.

Lightweight Bob, the front end doesn't ride the best either, very hard ride, I think I'll change to a lighter oil also, I normally use Red Line 10W in the front end of a Wing..
My Ultra is a good bike, 49 mpg, goes well, I even tow my Bushtec trailer w/ it 2 up, but the ride suks..
I'll post back here ASAP w/my findings, I've been riding over 50 yrs so I should know a little about bikes..

I just found a rev'w on the shocks @ Dennis Kirk, the rider said the shocks are good, but now you can notice just how hard riding the front end is on this POS Roadglide is, take a look on the Dennis Kirk site under Drag Specialties Shocks..

I'm using the 2017 Harley premium hand adjustable 13". Wife and I tip the Toledo's at your combined weight. PM Mastergunner for the details. I have run these for about 2 months, very happy. $368 shipped to my door. Quality shocks at a good price.

+1, but the slightly more expensive ones in the Progressive line damper a bit better.

I did a lot of looking around on this and other forums before I settled on 15w Bel Ray fork oil. The normal HD heavy got bad/hard ride
reviews as did Redline which I've used front and back with good results in the past. So I went with another forum member's advice
and the 15w Bel Ray feels just like the Redline did in my old '06 SG forks. On the rear the damping feels almost non-existent which
makes me think the fluid is water thin there too. Need to research that because I really like air shocks as my lady isn't a little girl and
I do ride solo quite a bit of the time too.

Guy's I installed my Drag Specialty shocks yesterday, so far so good, I have to give them time to break-in.
Today I backed off the spring tension to the softest setting, tomorrow we'll ride 2-up so I can get a feel for them, for $265 as opposed to $560 I think there going to pass the test.
