So after almost 2 years I have gotten back on the bike, been oversees for that time and my bike was run a few times during that time at a friends place. So I finally get to try out my bike, pull it out of storage, dust it off, air nozzle, and tried to start it, boom, its alive, try to get my shotgun to raise up and it wont, seems like the down wont release. Damn its to low to ride, its a sunday, and I wont get back to it till today. So I do basic diag. on it and think its something to do with the down release valve. Well I'll email shotgun mon.
So monday comes email goes out, afternoon comes and I get this........
Several people have had to send the Shotgun shock unit back multiple times...if you break down on the road you'll need a little more than good customer service.
