Default DIY Air Ride Question

So I have been researching the hell out of the DIY air ride. Very interested in putting on my 13 SG. Came across an install which has the dump valve attached to the air compressor and then a “y” fitting to the shocks. Had never seen an install like that before and was wondering if anyone else had done it this way. Eliminates a fitting and some hose and cleans up the install. Anyone see pros/cons to this set up? Thanks.

I have not seen it like that, and have no clue if works good lol.. but I’m getting ready to take off my dirty air fast up kit if your looking to buy? I’ll make you a good deal. I just ordered some Öhlins shocks from Howard at motorcycle metal.
