I've had the SAS since 2016. I've had my indy shop suck the tranny oil out once and I've taken the shocks down also. It's a pain but I think worth it. I've had 422s also and to me the SAS is a way better ride. I paid 1k back in 2016. Still happy.

Not that many do but for anyone in the UK or Europe considering an Air Ride System the game changer for me was that Shotgun Shock are the only manufacturer that offers a lifetime warranty over this Side of the Pond. Canada and the USA get lifetime ones. Even Thunderbike's offering only had two years the same as Arnott.

#metoo!!! I’ve had my Shotgun Shock for many years and many miles, and have ridden in all conditions both solo and two-up.

Happy to try to revive it. I have just bought a 2012 Fatboy, with all the performance mods and chrome I could ask for, but am keen to fix the diving front end (easily fixed with multiple options from local mechanics it seems), but also the rear end, ideally with air ride, and from all the "research" I have done, am leaning towards the Shotgun shock. Most posts on this forum date back ten years or so, so I am interested if they are still being sold these days, and is the after sale service/support still great. Being in Australia with no local shops having any experience with Shotgun (that I can find so far at least), I am happy to take the risk if the recommendations and experience felt 10 years ago is still there. Photo of my ride to add some "colour"
