I'm looking to add a set of 6x9 speaker lids to my 2014 streetglide but I am concerned that they hang down to far and will take up to much space in my bags. If someone has a set or knows any info on these or the 5x7 Harley lids I would really appreciate it. Thanks

What speaker lids are you looking at? Hog Tunes lids for the 14 & 15 model bags won't be out until early next year from what I've heard. I don't know if the Biketronics 6x9 adapter rings for the CVO lids will work with the later models either. You would need to call them about that. I do have the 6x9's in my pre-14 lids and yes it does cut down some on the volume of the storage area, but not so much that I wouldn't recommend them to anyone that wants a jammin' sound system.

my 2 cents on the cyclesounds...
a. WOW - pricy...
b. seems like they face up and perhaps even backwards... IMHO that equals to NOT good...
pre-'14 HT lids face in and forward - way better.
if you are not in a hurry, I would personally wait for HT
Not in a hurry going to upgrade the front first with Infiniti 62:11s and a RF pbr 300x4. Looking at lids mainly for the wife. She likes the tunes as much or more than me. Take quite a few weekend trips and bags are pretty packed but would really like the rear speakers too. Thanks for all the help.

Just as a side note: The Rockford PBR300X4 you mentioned is not compatible with the Infinity 62.11i speakers. They are 2 ohm speakers. The amp is a dedicated 4 ohm amp.
IMHO Cycle Sound lids are junk. HT are the best out there right now. I have both and the Cycle Sounds leak much more.
I hear you brother. . . Expensive too! But for the 14's they are the only aftermarket lids available right now that I know of until HT releases theirs.
