Default Adding saddlebag lid speakers to Hoppe Quadzilla

i already have a Hoppe Quadzilla fairing on my Road King but the audio is less than adequate. I wanted to add saddlebag lid speakers in 6x9 for some more bass response and rear sound. Has anyone done this to their bikes? I haven't looked at the back of the stereo yet to see if their is any output for rear speakers. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

What speakers are you running up front?

Fyi... regardless of what you do in the bags for sound... once you're moving... you don't even really hear it... until you slow down and stop....

Thats what I was thinking. I remember with my Ultra Classic it made a difference with the rear speakers but they were facing directly at the back of my head whereas the ones in the saddlebags, even with the lids that have a slight tilt to the speakers, are facing more upwards.

Yeah but which ones exactly. Dude 4 speakers in your face with a good amp can get plenty loud.

Its plenty loud and it has a 180 watt amp but very little bass due to their size. like my Ultra that had rear speakers, it made quite a difference in the way it sounded when the rear speakers were turned off.

Which speakers? Lids or pods... the lids face up and you lose sound (in your ear) when moving
