Yes! Both speakers are awesome. The pro's have a slight edge in clarity and loudness as they should for the price. Both speakers properly powered will knock your socks off! I'd say buy which ever one you can afford. You will not be disappointed either way!

I have had both. I do love the clarity of the pros and won't change but the 7.1's are awesome as well. If it were me personally, I would go with the 7.1's and use the difference in speakers to upgrade from the 2180 to 4180. This will give you the two additional channels for future upgrades. We all know there are always future upgrades no matter how much we tell ourselves (or better half's) that there wont be......just my two cents.

If you are never going to put speakers in the lids or pods in the back then the 2180 will be fine but if you do add more speakers then the 4180 would be better, for the difference in price I would just start with the 4180 then any and all future upgrades would be covered.
You could always run the 4180 in parallel on just the front channel and that would give you plenty of power to drive both sets of speakers.
If you order the 4180 just let them know that you will be running them in parallel and they will include a wire harness already set up for that.

From what I've read I'm also most likely going to have issues with fitment where my MCC modified seat comes into play and I can't sacrifice any comfort for my wife. She has said no way am I going to mess with the seat as she loves it. I'm returning the pods and was going to return the 4180 and go with the 2180 but after thinking about this and hearing from you guys I think I'll keep the amp as I see lowers in my future.
Thanks,
Rick
