Finished my install yesterday and everything sounds great. Metra kit makes it extremely seemless and ASWC to keep the handle bar controls.

Everything sounds great. Highly recommend just going to an aftermarket headunit vs using the stock 4.3 and worrying about flashes and magic boxes. I'll have the 4.3 for sale if anyone needs a replacement.

 

Also took the Pioneer labels off the grills they came with and glued them to the factory grills. I think it's a nice touch and kind of matches my charcoal pearl paint.

Love it! I've been on the fence with the Metra kit as it comes only in gloss black and my inner fairing is like yours, matte. Looks great!
