Default Biketronics 7.1 or Arc Moto 602 or Arc Moto 6.2?

Looking for opinions on best 2 speaker set up for a '11 Road Glide utilizing a Cerwin Vega B2 amp? Coaxial or component? Refuse to give up bag space to get bass and my ears hate high treble so I am looking for best low-mid performance for 6.5-7.1 speakers. I realize it won't hit hard. Willing to pay more for better performance so let me know if you prefer something else and other reviews back it up. Thanks!

Both the 7.1's and the Moto's hit hard with that amp. Take your pick. I'm not much help. Both are my favorite speakers!

Gannicus, i saw your review on the Moto602s awhile back where you said the 602s had better bass than the 7.1s and that is why I am considering them but what about the 6.2s? If the 602s are that good, and a coaxial speaker, then wouldn't the 6.2 be better since it is a component speaker? Aren't components better so to speak?

Lol. . Now those are my next speakers I'm going to purchase. You beat me to the punch my friend!! Those were my thoughts exactly. And if you like bass (Like me) you want the Moto's. Some guys think they have too much bass. I guess it depends what kind of music you listen to. I love my bass! If you get the 6.2 Moto's before I do my expectation is that you give a detailed review. . LOL!! You better hurry though cause I was thinking about pulling the trigger soon! I was looking for a better price. ARC wants $499 for a set. I had Benji at Legacy Baggers make me some grills that will accommodate the tweets so I don't have to pull any gauges out. He's a good dude and does quality work.

Only comment on the current setup I have, BT7.1 are solid to all the music genre in my library. From SRV, Ozzy, Bluegrass, to Soulshine by GvtMule. Sounds is solid all the around a good choice. Good luck and post a few pixs of your mod.

Hmmm Me too. $265 is a long way from $499. I guess we need to find out if Phat Performance is an authorized Arc dealer.

I guess I'll find out in a few days. Just ordered them and the CV amp. Now I just need to figure out how to mount the tweeters. Can I not just mount them into the screens?

Yes you can. Call Benji at legacy baggers and he will make you some custom grills for the tweets.

240-682-0096 Ask for Benji.
