Thanks riverroger i tried that that I have a pioneer and finally got some info back from scosche they said for pioneer u need to disconnect remote wire and 1-2 dip switches in the off position and 3-4 in the on position then do a hard reset by turning off bike unplug 12 pin connection and 14 pin connection then turn radio back on and plug in 12 pin first then 14 pin when I did the volume raised until I plugged in 14 pin and controls did not work still they said I need a new one that it is bad unfortunately the place I bought it can't find a sales copy of receipt so il have to buy another lesson learned I guess hope any of this helps someone out

 

How has the guys who are running the SCOSCHE holding up? I've had some issues where mine will work intermittently. The problem usually is when I start the bike up, it won't work, then will work. Been off and on problem about a month after I installed it. Emailed and they said call it in, but it had went away for a few months and just came back a couple days ago.
