Default Audio for Softtail Owners

I have experimented with some audio for my Softtail with a windshield. Here is the combination I come up with that sounds great and can hear it over 70 MHP and with VH pipes.

I started with Pyle PLMCA30 and it worked great up to 70 MPH with stock pipes.

I up graded to the Pyle PLMCS94 3" speakers.

I can hear them great and it rocks for a system with about $135 in it.

i want to do something similar, but mount the speakers on an engine guard. but thinking of going with better speakers inside of 5 3/4 hear light buckets and using a shark power amp that has an FM radio, SD card spot and a USB charger also with blue tooth

When I first started my hunting for an Amp, I looked at a many brands. The reason I went with the Pyle I have is it is water proof. The ones with SD card and etc are acceptable to moisture.

I mounted my Amp in front of the motor where the motor guard is mounted. It is small and powerful.

but you need to purchase what suits you and your needs. I just wanted mine water proof.

We're putting a package together right now that has a small, marine amp with handlebar control and engine guard mounted speakers. We we're mid development when we made the big building move so it's been in the 'almost done' stage. Hopefully we'll finish it up next week and have a package/options/price for everyone.

I got rid of my handle bar volume control. The only handle bar volume control I've ever seen work properly was the Harley one. I just use the volume and pause on my MP3 player.

We've done a few handlebar controllers (Memphis, SSV, Kenwood) and all have worked great.
