No matter how many times you tell yourself that, get a good 4 channel amp. You will thank me later.

Your also going to need a BT 355 line leveler from Biketronics when you add an amp.

I am a little concerned about amp draw. I have already added heated grips and heated seat to the RGS. Anyone think there is a concern with amp draw?

Also if I did get a 4 channel can I turn off 2 of the channels until needed? I only ask because I know there would be no lids or speakers until next winter at the earliest..

You'll be fine on amp draw. These Class D amps draw very little power. You can't turn off the 2 channels that aren't in use but it's not gonna hurt a thing to run just the front 2 channels till your ready to add more speakers.

Ok, if I purchase a amp, what else will I need? Do they come with all the wiring, plugs, trays etc.? Would love a 1 stop shop to get everything then start the install...

If the kappas can handle it, bridge the amp and use all "4" channels.
