Yessir it does. For another 200 bones you could have a nice aftermarket HU and a mount and handlebar thumb control interface and you have numerous ways to listen to your tunes. Besides, who listens to FM other than folks in a cage.

ok I'm thinking maybe the Head unit too. What's the thumb thing you speak of?
Speaking of FM, I have an IPOD nano that has built in FM. I tested it with my SS pn4.1000 and in the driveway going 3.5mm to the head unit 3.5 aux in I got good FM in the driveway. I will take a road trip in the morning and report back.
I have the Kenwood 998 HU and it is great. I use the biketronics retro radio kit. Everything works like it should. This HU is above my pay grade I don't use it to its potential
how do you feel about Kenwood? I'm a huge eXcelon fan. Also What do I need to make my handlebar controls work?
Kenwood is a good HU. They're just hard to see in the daylight. That's why I prefer the Sony's. There's a couple different ways to go with mounts and interface for hand controls. Biketronics has a plug n play unit but it's very pricy. Metra has a mount and interface for around $80.
