JL mx 280/4. Great amp. Mounted in the tp under the handle area. Takes up ZERO useable space

Nice.
I just checked the specs and it is rated at 140 W RMS @ 4 Ohms bridge, but you mentioned that you had them around 160 Watts, What am I missing?

One of the bikes I have is a 2009 Yamaha stratoliner, love this bike, with a reckless fairing and 2 6x9's in there. Sensory overload but by god it flat out rocks!! I've got alpine type r's in there now and eventually will swap them out for the 6900 pros sitting in the shop. It's about too much for a front stage lol.

They have that stupid looking cutout in the grills so I rotated the install enough to try an "hide" them, didn't work.. lol...
I will end up painting them black. If the tweeter wasn't so far forward of the woofer I could use a standard set of covers.
Any way to use a hogtunes or Boom grill with a hole in the center?

If there's ever been a product made for Tailwind, this is it. He will be adding this fairing AND the lowers that hold 8s as well and he will be running ten 8s and 6 tweeters. Can't wait to see it T!!

We have an 8 inch lower pod for 13 and down that will go into production soon (i hope). Need to check fitment on the final product. So T might have to wait for the 14 and up version!

My distributor has Polk, I'll see if I can give this a try and do a side by side with the AD's.
