Default Arc 600.4 Bridged ? no louder than 4 ch

So
Im running the ARC bridged according to the manual
Set the VAC to 37 feeding 250 watts to my MLK 165.3

Now the funny part
I was running the ARC @ 4 channel and sending 150 watts to the MLK's off of 2 channels.

The amp when bridged makes no difference in volume
It isnt really any louder?

wondering of anyone else has tried this?

Not sure why you're not getting more volume but your target voltage is way too high. Surprised you're not getting mega distortion.

I'm of the opinion that the 600.4 is kind of a one trick pony. Does really damn well pushing 4 speakers, each in its own channel, but beyond that no bueno at other tricks like parallel and bridging.

Just sayin!!!!

I've bridged that amp numerous times and it screams. What headunit to do you have? Try resetting it to default settings. I've seen a few times with the Kenwood 998 where a either a talk to phone setting or I forget which one gets triggered and regardless of how much volume you increase on the radio it doesn't go up past a certain point. Somethings off for sure. Also measure the voltage that is coming out as it plays.
