So i installed my Kappa 62.1II speakers with no amp. wow a big difference over my Hog tunes speakers, cant wait to get my amp. How are the hog tunes amps?

 

Also when i isntalled the Metra adapters, you had to remove that fairing braket. wont that hurt the fairing?

 

get yourself a PAK SNI 35 line out converter, a short, quality RCA, and a cerwin vega B52 amp brother. we will talk you thru install

 

You don't want the hog tune amp. Nothing against Hog tunes but it's time for them to step up the power in their amps. As Yooper said. Go with the Cerwin Vega B52 with those speakers and you'll be a happy camper. Your fairing will be fine.

 

Ok that will be my next purchase, I will need the walk thru help for sure!!! This electronic stuff isnt my forte, Now you need to tear into your motor. I am the man!

 

What is the PAK converter? Is it similar to the Biketronics LL?

 

yes and no
yes- it converts high-level (speaker wires) to low level (RCA PLUG) that will plug into your amp
no - the BT Line Leveler is much more complex as it adjusts the signal sent to the amp, but used only on the Rushmore bikes

then do i need this install kit?
