Default Could use some advise from the speaker and radio god's

I recently bought a 2017 road glide special and add the harley speaker lids to the buy and left fairing speakers are stock and so is head unit. heres my questions
1. Is it worth taking out stock head unit and replacing the radio and nav with aftermarket stereo?
2. I was running focals 165AC's in my old street glide and was running a rockford PBR300x4. I really liked the focals and wanna upgrade to Focal K2 Power 165 KRX2 6.5-Inch. I just don't know what amp to run and want to add focals to the speaker lids also.
I appreciate any help anyone has to offer and looking for a plug and play set up. I don't mind spending money cause since I'm not supposed to be here after my accident back in October so I'm spoiling myself. thanks and ride safe everyone

Leave the stock head unit in. Get a BT355 line leveler from Biketronics and run the Arc Moto 600.4 amp with your focal speakers.
