I haven't had a whole lot of time to run these test speakers yet but what I have heard from them so far my ears are liking them.
The play time I have had with them has been in the garage and the road test won't be for a while because mother nature is being a bi-polar bitch here in the Chicago area.

There's a shock!!! A new speaker you are already familiar with!!! For any new guys or people who don't know Gannicus, a lot of us are convinced that every time there is anything new released, that will come even remotely close to fitting in or on a motorcycle, Gann gets a pre-release email or something, then he's able to buy a set or two, and try them out in every imaginable situation possible, before the rest of the world even knows there is a new one out. I read someplace what the longest time was that a single set of speakers stayed installed in the same location on his bike and don't remember the details, but there must have been a blizzard in Indy cause it was more that 2 weeks!!!!
OK. I'm kidding, but the guy has installed, tuned and listened to more speakers than I have ever even seen!!!!
Thanks for all you do Gannicus.
Kris

I don't get the secret here with the finger covering the speaker model, when NDFastln already posted the model number. The PRV 6MB250-Ndy's drop in with no problem.....I use them ALL the time in rear pods and lowers. They don't play much into high frequencies and cut off very low in the vocal range. 100% you need to run horns with these speakers....dome tweeters won't cut it.

No secrets Alex I was holding the 2 speakers together for a compression of size as they were wanting to fall over as they were sitting there.

Ahhh....we use them a lot. Great for vocals and can take more power than rated for sure and will fit anywhere. Downside is they don't play in the upper range so you need some loud highs to keep up!

Yes -- but you NEED horns with these speakers. They don't play in the upper range at all.
