I have been asking around and talking to Alex about 6X9 in the bags VS a 10" mid-bass in each bag and I think I have decided to go with the 10" PRV.


So it got me thinking, is there any difference in SQ and loudness when mounting a pair of 6X9 in the bags instead of in the lids? When I read about people mounting them in the bags , they always talk about how much bass they make and how loud they are, but I really don't hear that from people that mount them in the lids. Why is that?

Don't think u can fairly compare lids "instead" of inside of bags as those are two very different platforms serving very different purposes.

Just depends on what ur trying to achieve.

I’ve done it both ways tailwind it correct, personally I’d never do it in the bags again, lids are the only way to go.
