For any of you that have talked with Focal...... did they confirm the positive/negative pin out locations on the speaker output harness? I know the input harness should be all positive on top and negative on bottom. I know my input harness is wrong but on the output harness with the connector tab down the pin outs look like this:

RR (-) --- RL (+) -- FR (-) --- FL (+)
RR (+) -- RL (-) --- FR (+) -- FL (-)

Just wondering if that's right or consistent with what everyone else has.

Call Jacob in the number previously listed. He is the Tech that has fielded a ton of calls this week and well abreast of the issues. He will prob be able to provide all the pin detail that is needed.

08FXLD: I think the Output harness wiring is jacked too. I used my left/right test tones and then my In Phase / Out of Phase test tones... I repinned the above pictured connector so all the striped wires are on the top. Phase test is now consistent left/right, front rear. YMMV....

Itís a journey for certain.

Pacific Stereo. Try coupon code "SAVE25" if your total cart is >$700.

Thanks for sharing. I've not found the time yet to give them a call but I suspected it may have been wrong as well.

I was just about to pull the trigger on one of these but after reading this about being wired wrong, I have to question the quality control of focal. They have premium products but spending $550+ (with a coupon) on a product that is wired wrong leaves me wondering about the quality and longevity of the amp itself. Yea I know it is an easy fix but it shouldn't be needed. Just my thought...
