Default Polk MM652 Adjustable Tweeters?

I picked up a set of the MM652 speakers for my motorcycle and see in the description that they have a "1" pivoting tweeter". When I tried moving the tweeter so I could aim it at me in my riding position, it did not want to move. I didn't want to snap off the tweeters and ruin it, so I just left it alone instead of forcing them.

Are these tweeters able to be rotated directionally? If so, why would they be so hard to move? I have a set of Arc Audio speakers with adjustable tweeters and they move without any issues.

I have them and they do move. I have heard some move easy and some take a little force. Mine are a little sticky but was able to move them around quite a bit.

The "grill" part of the tweeter assembly moves inside the stalk. Don't try to move the whole tweeter or you will break it off.
