J&m products are good quality products but for $1500 you can get a lot better set up.

 

Would have made a lot of sense to put most of your question on the subject line along with opinion? That is an opinion.

 

Saying they're good products is quite a stretch.

 

You are right. I will say that there is a TON of better SQ products out there for less than half of that system cost......

 

Shapleigh Search J & M Performance and or JM Jon on this page and you will find plenty comments that will answer you question many times over. Don't take the guys not so polite comments towards you question personal. J & M has a reputation of being over priced sub standard equipment that at one time was pushed down our throats in almost every tread on this page. And it most often left a bad taste.

And yes the guys are correct you can do A LOT BETTER for less $. Just tell the guys what you have for a bike and what you are looking to do and they will help you get where you need to be . Most on here will also help talk you through install questions also.

 

Quick and Dirty Opinion. NO SIR! Most anyone here that's been around for awhile would advise you to go in a different direction. That said. There are guys here who like JM.

 

i have a 2014 ultra limited, I would like to upgrade but not with Harley boom.
I would like to do this without breaking the bank. around $1k
