Can you recommend a capacitor?

Counter clockwise just a tad and that may take care oif your problem.
Yes I lowered the line leveler gains. No help.

Depending on the lowest frequency (were you want the tweeter to start playing) in the range the tweeter or horn you are using the link will help you get the proper capacitor needed.

Ok, Question? You have the JL bridged so you are getting 250 watts at 4 ohm x 2 channels. But, looking at your wiring you have the txo and the woofer wired in parallel. Is that not a 2 ohm load? This amp is only stable at 4 ohm bridged or am I missing something?

Coppied from the JL website.
@ 4 Ω70 W RMS x 4
@ 2 Ω125 W RMS x 4
Bridged @ 4 Ω 250 W RMS x 2

When you have a tweeter wired in parallel with a mid driver the amp will only see the larger load which would be the mid driver.

How is the wattage dispersed then? Is the woofer getting all 250 watts or is it spit 125 and 125 to the txo that wants 100 rms? trying to grasp this. I know the formula for series and parallel wiring. Not questioning you but want to understand more.

The larger load takes precedent.

Just a quick update on this. I reversed the polarity on the TXO's and adjusted the gains back to 28VAC. It helped some. I can go 2 notches higher on the volume but then it cuts out. Sometimes the right, sometimes the left, sometimes both. Gains were set at 13 out of 17 on the volume. It cuts out at 10, Just when things are really starting to rock. I would really like to gain those 3 more notches!

I have a set of 4.7uF bass blockers on order. Going to swap the TXO's for these and see what happens. Will update again.

Thanks for the help so far!

If you would take the tweeters and xovers out of the equation you could do some troubleshooting. If you choose to keep throwing parts at it you may never find the problem.
